THE Museum of Modern Art in New York City is wonderful. Beyond hosting some of
the greatest most timeless works of art in the world, they also allow visitors to
take photographs (no flash, duh) in the galleries. Good art grabs the viewer's
attention and holds it, even if they can't quiteunderstand it, and it requires no
justification or explanation to be appreciated, if only the viewer can maintain an
open mind. From what I see, great art doesn't just make the scene, it can also
create a scene.
